Summary:
Stay in our 4th floor adjoining rooms in the Grand Lodge! This building is just a short walk to the lifts at Crested Butte. Perfect for 4 guests, sleeps up to 8 guests. This listing books 2 hotel rooms that are side by side, that have adjoining doors. Each room has a king bed & a queen pullout sofa, full bathroom, and a small kitchenette. Built in 1999, the building has character and shows its age, but still offers many modern comforts and provides an excellent place to crash for a ski trip!
The Space:
Starting April 8 to June 8, the Grand Lodge will be closed for repair work.

Effective April 1, 2025, a mandatory $20 daily resort fee will be collected after your reservation is booked. This fee will be processed via the guidebook and applies to all reservations, regardless of amenity usage. This is assessed by the building/HOA and we as a management company can't waive this fee. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!

◐ The Building was built back in 1999. While our rooms have been updated, the building itself is a bit dated, the common areas need some love.
◐ The Building & HOA are managed by Vail Corp. We have no say in how they operate and many of our guests have found them to be unhelpful at times.
◐ During high occupancy, the smart apps on this TVs do not work as a strong WIFI is needed. Currently the building is working on getting a new Wi-Fi with faster and wider bandwidth. You should be able to access live TV or cable.

Guests have access to the condo and Grand Lodge amenities. The Grand Lodge has a Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, Steam room, free parking (guests are given one parking pass per room ), EV charging and is in the perfect location to Mt. Crested Butte. (please note if any of the amenities are not operational during your stay, we will not offer a refund as we don't have control over the amenities).
The Neighborhood:
Elk Avenue is a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries.
Crested Butte offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing.
The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge Crested Butte Colorado. Landmarks and attractions that are easily accessible from The Grand Lodge Crested Butte include the Donita’s Cantina. The Grand Lodge at Crested Butte is just a 14-minute walk from the Crested Butte Mountain Resort.
Getting Around:
Most Guests bring their car to get around (we have a free parking lot with EV charging), but there are shuttles to get around if you'd prefer!

This property does not have air conditioning.
Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $50.
-Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow pets on the 4th floor. You may see pets on the 4th and 5th floors, however if an owner is staying in their unit, then they are allowed to have a pet (this is the buildings policy and has nothing to do with High Rocky Homes).
