A charming all-season retreat, Callala Bay Gem connects a traditional beach cottage and a fully-modern guest house with a spacious covered outdoor dining and entertaining area, BBQ and spa! Located just a four-minute walk from pristine Callala Bay beach and the stunning Wowly Creek swimming reserve, this fully-enclosed pet and child-friendly property accommodates up to 11 guests (depending on your group configuration) - but always feels intimate enough for two.
The main house features a fully-equipped kitchen with filtered water, a dining area for eight, a big-screen TV lounge, modern bathroom and two cozy bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. The guest house offers a private queen-size bedroom, convertible double bed sofa in the living area, a kitchenette, a modern bathroom, and a serene covered courtyard surrounded by lush tropical and native gardens- ideal for relaxing with coffee or a glass of wine.
The heart of the property is its expansive outdoor entertainment space. Enjoy covered dining, lounging, a full-sized ping-pong table, lawn games, and a covered BBQ area. A covered spa adds a touch of luxury, perfect for unwinding any time. With a fully-enclosed fence, your pets can enjoy the lovely outdoor areas as much as you.
Stay comfortable year-round with brand-new air conditioning in both houses. Entertainment includes two TVs with Netflix, Prime Video, local channels and a library of books, board games and movies. An Hdmi cable is ready for your gaming console in both houses, or connect our Nintendo Wii in the guest house for plenty of retro fun. Ample parking is available for cars and boats, with EV charging supplied at $0.47 per kWh (bring your portable charger).
Enjoy calm waters, scenic walks, and year-round beach activities at Wowly Creek and Callala Bay Beach, along with other unique and stunning beaches starting with just a 5-minute drive away. Rent a kayak or paddle board, or simply float in the creek and the bay. Spectacular sunrises, sunsets, and starry nights await, along with the chance to spot kangaroos in adjacent and nearby bushlands.
A two-minute drive takes you to local shops and restaurants, including an IGA, bakery, pizza, seafood and more, as well as a skate park, community gardens and weekend markets. For leisurely exploration, take advantage of the charming complimentary red beach bike provided for your use.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
