Step into this adorable tiny kitchen, designed for efficient cooking and

entertaining in a compact space! This kitchen comes equipped with a mini

fridge and freezer, two-burner stove top, and a toaster oven perfect for

baking or reheating. Wake up and whip yourself up a warm cup of coffee with

the keurig coffee maker and choose from our selection of pods or bring your

favorite!

* The parking spot is next to Cabin 1 and is marked with a sign.



★☆ HOUSE RULES ☆★



* No smoking.

* No pets allowed.

* No events, parties, or large gatherings.

* To light the fireplace, find the igniter under the fireplace on the drop-down tray. Turn the dial to ”pilot" and press and hold the dial down for 15 seconds. Then hold the igniter until you hear or see a flame, release the dial and igniter, turn the dial towards your desired setting. —be aware that it ignites quickly, so it might surprise you.

* The fireplace heats up the unit fast, so please don’t leave it on when you’re not there or while sleeping.

* A lint roller will be provided inside for pet fur.

* Please don’t leave pets unattended if they tend to get anxious, unless they are in a crate.

* Please report any damages that occur during stay.

* There is a $500 fee for smoking in the premises.

* Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.

* These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.

* Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
