You can park the car for the week and never have to drive the whole time you're here! The condo itself is just lovely. Feel the relaxing vibe as soon as you enter. Enjoy incredible ocean views, a full kitchen, your own private laundry room, 3 TV's, Free Wifi, central a/c and more! This is a property that you will rent year after year. ( Put in your request early though, because this location books out quickly. ) This property can accommodate up to 8, smoking and animals are prohibited. Parking for 1 car. Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
