Upon entering the home, you'll be welcomed by a spacious open-plan living area, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking views overlooking Garden Bay at Malua Bay. These windows open onto a generous deck, perfect for soaking in the coastal scenery. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large island bench with additional seating, making it an ideal space for cooking and socializing.

Also on this level are two well-appointed bedrooms, both featuring ceiling fans and shutter blinds for added comfort. A stylish bathroom and a garage provide convenience and easy access to the home.

Downstairs, the master suite offers a private retreat, complete with an ensuite and a deep spa bath with 14 rejuvenating jets—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. This level also boasts a spacious rumpus room with access to another full-length deck, a kitchenette, and a study nook. Additional sleeping arrangements are available with a double and single sofa bed.

Step outside, and you'll find that you can walk straight out the back gate and down to beautiful Garden Bay, making it easy to enjoy a morning swim or a peaceful stroll along the shore.
