Sunset Palms Studio is located just a few hundred meters from Park Beach, Coffs Harbour and within walking distance to the bowling club and cafes, as well as the picturesque Coffs Creek.

Sunset Palms Studio is part of the property 'Sunset Palms and Studio', which comprises a 3 bedroom apartment ( located to the right of the driveway) plus Sunset Palms Studio (located at the end of the driveway) The studio and apartment can be booked individually, or the whole property can be booked. Please note that if you are booking just the Studio, the apartment may be booked during your stay.

The Studio does not have access to the back yard or BBQ, and it does not have on site parking (street parking only). The parking directly in front of the studio is for the Apartment guests, or for use when the whole property is booked (Sunset Palms and Studio).

Sunset Studio has a petite dining table for 2 and a small utility area which has a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, enabling you to make very simple meals. Restaurants, Bars and Cafes are a few minutes walk away, including the Bowling Club and Hoey Moey, meaning delicious meals are not far away!
