From foster care to CEO: Jia has been working in real estate her entire career. She was a senior AVP in the mortgage services industry by the age of 20, then a senior VP of a mortgage firm by 27. She had done what many people aspire to do: climb the corporate ladder. After 20 years in executive positions, she decided to do what she loved most, meet great people from all over the world, be her own boss & enjoy life with her children.

She then started Palacio Properties. She was always naturally drawn to the hospitality industry, to create a "home-like" feel for her guests. She used her variety of skills in automating processes, Six Sigma, and operational methodology, to create a solid customer-centric infrastructure. This is complemented by luxurious, comfortable living spaces dedicated specifically to traveling guests. The model caters to vacation and short-term occupants, not guests looking for room sharing. Jia currently lives in Scottsdale AZ with her two children. Together they love to travel, explore new places, and make new friends.
