Welcome to "The Callala House", a pet-friendly haven nestled in the heart of the splendid Callala Beach. This Quaint holiday home boasts a blend of comfort and designed to host up to eight guests.

Step inside to a spacious and inviting interior, rustically furnished to create a relaxing atmosphere. Three appealing bedrooms await to provide a restful retreat. Two of these are adorned with plush queen-sized beds, while the third room features one double and one King bed (that can be separated into two comfortable single beds), ensuring a restorative rest for everyone. Here, you can also find the bathroom thoughtfully equipped with basic toiletries and fresh bath towels.

The well-equipped kitchen is every home cook's delight complete with a coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, and a refrigerator. From coffee, tea, olive oil to salt and pepper, you have an array of pantry essentials for delightful homecooked meals.

The living area offers serene garden views and features a cozy fireplace for those chillier nights, adding a homely ambiance. A smart TV with Netflix access and dedicated Wi-Fi provides your indoor entertainment, while the elegant outdoor dining area with a barbecue grill lets you enjoy alfresco meals and cold beverages.

Have a refreshing splash under the outdoor shower or in the outdoor bath after a hot day or enjoy leisure time on the deck, complete with patio furniture. This house also features a fire pit, making it perfect for gathering around for late-night campfire stories- in the winter months.

Great location, safety issues with property.

Overall it was a nice stay.However, there were dirty dishes, unclean high chair and lots of dust.The upstairs bedroom has a sliding door that opens directly onto the roof without any guard rails. Therefore this location is not child friendly

Our name is Professional Holiday Homes and we aim to live up to the word “Professional” in everything we do. The formula for our properties is based on the award winning holiday homes created by our CEO.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

At the Northern side of Jervis Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, backed by a reserve with barbecues and picnic tables and the most amazing white sand beach you have ever seen (puts Hyams to shame!). At Club Callala enjoy delicious food, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.

Nearby is the village of Myola and Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin- and whale-watching cruises depart.

Getting to Callala in the wonderful Shoalhaven region is easy. The drive from Sydney along the spectacular NSW South Coast or east from Canberra is less than three hours.

It is a retro looking A-frame beach shack renovated in the 70s style of the house. It is simple but comfortable and has everything you need. Indoor fire place, outdoor fire pit, deck, undercover patio, outdoor hot bath & shower. Short walk to the beach, privacy from the road, beautiful trees.
Garden is very beautiful.
