A peaceful & relaxing house overlooking beautiful Lake Livingston is a great place to escape from a busy life. Unwind and take in nature all while enjoying all the luxury & comforts of a fully equipped home. Once here, you will be charmed with nature & the balcony views of the Lake Livingston. Everything you need to make your stay memorable~

The space
The House is a single story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Featuring a gorgeous balcony with a beautiful sunset facing lake view of Livingston with a gas pit & a grill set the perfect 'backyard' scene of BBQ & Smores for long lasting memories. Modern amenities like High-Speed Wifi, Large LCDTV's w/ Amazon & Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen. Kayaks & bicycles are available for extra charge.

Guest have access to the house, the two waterfront docks as well as the front and backyard

Other things to note
The garage and the boat house storage are not accessible by guests.

Our 2nd trip

We have stayed here a couple of times and have enjoyed our stay. It is perfect for our family. We brought our boat. Went fishing, tubing and swimming. Has a very relaxing view. Poor communication with the owners is the downside.

Perfect vacation

My family rented this house for a long weekend getaway and it was exactly what we needed. I felt the house was much bigger in person than I thought from the pictures- it had so much room for our 1 yr old to run around in! It was clean, decorated nicely, and accommodated 6 adults, 1 toddler and dog nicely. The only 1 downfall is the 3rd bedroom with the twin bed/ futon does not have a door and it’s off the main family rooms so it was tough to keep a kid in there who has an early bedtime. The property itself was also great- completely fenced in with 2 nice docks, fire pit, space for multiple cars to park, large deck with patio furniture, and a big yard. Walking distance from a boat launch was really nice as well! The property management was top notch- great communication and very quick responses. We are already planning for next year :)

Spring Break 2021

We throughly enjoyed our time at this house. It is very modern and open, with great seating and porches. My kids enjoyed fishing (we caught several catfish), and we made s’mores each night in the fire pit. We had hoped to do a bunch of bike riding, but there are several dogs that aren’t behind fences so they chased us a bit (I seriously doubt we were ever in danger) and barked at us. Overall, we would def come back. Great views, easy access to grocery stores and an easy 20 minute drive to Lake Livingston State Park.

Great views, big house

The property itself was really comfortable and well kept, we had an issue with the owner taking the boat from the boat house without notice and when given the feedback, the manager was not up to expectations ‘offering’ us to leave if we were not satisfied, we definitely didn’t let his communication be in the way of the great place and our vacation plans, so we didn’t leave and it was fun.

Lakeside delight

The house and property were exactly as posted vrbo. We had loads of room to spread out. There was plenty to do at the piers.....fishing!!! We had a lovely time. We highly recommend this property. We will come back.
