You're only a short stroll away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.

Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.

Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.

If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop right right at your doorstep on Swanston St.

Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.

No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus if you would like to head out of the city.

If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just a 5min walk away from us.

If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “Care Park Pty Ltd, RMIT University, 110 Victoria St, Carlton VIC 3053” just 3min walk from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.

Other Things to Note:
A representative will greet you to hand over the key, so please share your arrival time with us.

This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 5 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra $29 per night, per additional guest.

The sleeping arrangement for the 5th adult would be on a 3-seater couch.
