Completely remodeled, this home is the perfect balance of the Wisconsin north woods feel and Lake Geneva's quintessential lake living design. This well-appointed home is the perfect getaway for those who want to spread out close enough to all Lake Geneva has to offer yet far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. Fontana Ridge is tucked into a ridge-like setting in nature. A quick 7-minute walk to Lake Geneva where Fontana boasts its own public beach, lakefront, quaint local shops, and restaurants. A fully equipped home that has all the quality bells and whistles of our larger homes, but in a slightly smaller footprint.

Our home is carefully designed to be enjoyed both inside and out with a well-equipped kitchen, 13 ft vaulted wood ceilings, 2 fire pits, brick patio, built-in horseshoe pit, pool table, table shuffleboard, board games, and even books to enjoy.

This 1750 sq ft retreat with 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths has everything you'll need to plan your getaway. Soak in the natural setting and deer watch outside your window. Gather around the fire pit with your favorite cocktail or roast marshmallows.

The Common Areas:
Fontana Ridge is professionally decorated with special attention to detail. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to whip up a casual meal or host an intimate dinner party with your family and friends.

Relax and entertain in the open main living area surrounded by light-filling windows. Enjoy its 7 ft pool table, binge-watch your favorite shows on the 55' smart TV or curl up in front of the natural wood-burning fireplace.

This beautifully comfortable nicely sized bedroom has a queen-sized bed with extra seating and windows out to nature. Light and bright with special attention to detail to make your stay more comfortable.

Quiet home in a wooded neighborhood near the lake.

This is a clean, safe and well functioning property. The host was excellent with communication. Everything was great except the very slow wi-fi. Streaming video on the TV was not enjoyable due to the frequent buffering pauses. No better luck on our devices, either. We were out and about enjoying the beautiful area a lot, so the wi-do issue was not a deal breaker for us.

Stylish and relaxing

The home is nicely appointed and well laid out. The outdoor space is a big plus for the warm summer days we spent there. The lake is a convenient walk for adults, but easy to drive for the small children. The hosts provide lots of towels, the beds and linens are very comfortable. The kitchen has most practical tools you can think of and we enjoyed meals in the living room and outside. S'mores every night! Thanks.

Indian Hills

I’ll start with the one downside of this property- it doesn’t have beach access and the TV remote was difficult to figure out. Fortunately we knew friends in the area that did have access to the beach. Otherwise this home was very clean and recently redone. It was better in person than in the VRBO pictures. We loved sitting on the front porch for coffee in the morning and eating dinner outside. The kitchen was well outfitted as we love to cook on vacation. It was a short hike (4 blocks ) to the public beach which costs $10 per adult. The location provided easy access to a beautiful hike around Lake Geneva to view gorgeous mansions. The whole hike is about 23 miles. We prefer the Fontana end of the lake because it is quieter. Manager/owner was very easy to communicate with. Overall a great experience.

Girlfriend Spa Weekend

Great location near The Abbey Spa & Lake Geneva Lakefront trail. Well decorated & comfortable 3 bedrooms & 2.25 bathrooms in a quiet neighborhood. Nice cozy space, very comfortable for 6 adults, comfy beds/space, dining room had enough seating to serve food, eat and play games. Kitchen has everything you would need for cooking, utensils, etc. The living room was a cozy feeling with plenty of seating. Wooded backyard with deer bedding down, a very green space out the back patio. It was still off-season in April but the neighborhood was quite with a mix of rentals, summer homes and year-round owners. The outdoor space we didn't get to use, but it had a nice grilling area & fire pit area in the front as well as another fire pit area in the back. Property owner was very thorough about the workings of the house, expectations and checking to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that we were comfortable. They would be very responsive if there were any problems and they are local, that is always a plus for any vacation rental. Thank You Dean & Mele' for hosting our group!

We've owned and managed vacation homes for over 10 years and are constantly improving and fine-tuning our rental process and Guest experience. Unlike many vacation homeowners, we have the means and experience, that many of our vacation home counterparts just don't possess.

As former Commercial Real Estate professionals, we've done our fair share of traveling.
