Just a 5 minute walk from the beach, across the road from Jerry's Milk Bar, and 10 minute walk to Acland Street, this light-filled brick home offers a lovely Melbourne base where location is the priority.

As you enter into the home you are welcomed into a spacious entrance hall leading into an open-plan living room with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area with seating for 6 people. Large glass doors lead out to a fully secure courtyard, garden and parking.

The master bedroom has queen bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a claw-foot bathtub. Three additional bedrooms offer ample space for family and guests.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
