The fully equipped modern kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, complemented by an open-plan living area that includes a dining room table for enjoyable meals and gatherings. Stay connected with unlimited VDSL wireless internet and enjoy entertainment options with Freeview SKY TV. Warm up by the gas fireplace or enjoy the comfort of underfloor heating, making the space incredibly warm and cozy. Step out onto the balcony, complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Full laundry facilities, including a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, provide added convenience. A secure single car garage is available for parking and storing ski equipment, ensuring your stay is both comfortable and practical.

BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS:
Bedroom 1- Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 2- King Size Bed that can be split into 2 Single beds
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.
Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.
A maximum of 4 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
Minimum 3 night stay during Christmas and New Years.
