Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for the best views in Queenstown and only 800 metres from town, (8-10 min walk) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.
Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.
The Space:
Escape to this spacious and stylish retreat in the heart of Queenstown, boasting breathtaking views of the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu. Our home has been extensively renovated to provide a comfortable and accessible space for up to 10 guests.
The property features wheelchair accessibility throughout, including a level entrance, wide doorways, and an accessible bathroom designed to meet council building code standards. The main living area boasts stunning views of the surrounding mountains and lake, while the second lounge downstairs is perfect for kids or quiet times.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a rice cooker, smoothie blender, and sandwich maker. Laundry facilities are also available, complete with washing machine and clothes dryer. Ironing board and iron are provided, as well as hair dryer, crockery, cutlery, and high-quality bed linen.
Located directly across the street from the Queenstown mountain biking facility, our home is perfect for enthusiasts. Lockable storage for your bikes is available off the garage, and a hose is provided for washing them. The property is also close to local attractions, including skiing, hiking trails, and restaurants.
We welcome guests to our home, but do ask that they respect our house rules: no pets, no smoking indoors, and no parties. A minimum age requirement of 25 years old applies for at least one guest, and maximum occupancy is 10 guests.

The garage itself is not currently accessible to guests for cars, motorcycles or bikes, as it’s being used by the owners for other purposes.
We also offer free parking space for three cars (not under cover) on site, with additional off-street parking available directly across the road.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is wonderful. Right outside our front door are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!
It is a very quiet neighbourhood so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.
Getting Around:
Being so close to Town, you will find that it is very easy to get around. The lakeshore walking track is very close by and It's only an 800 m walk to the shops and restaurants.
The closest Orbus bus stop is about 500 metres away, in front of the Crowne Plaza hotel. That bus will take you all over the greater Queenstown area for a very reasonable bus fare.

Distance from Queenstown Airport: 8.9 kilometers
