This inviting retreat boasts two balconies on the second level, one on the front side of the home and one on the back. The back deck features your private hot tub and BBQ, with a lovely view of alpine forest.
Inside, the cozy living room features a large flatscreen TV, a huge L-shaped sofa to lounge on, alongside a comfortable stone fireplace, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxing evenings after a long day of adventure on the mountain.
Enjoy the spacious, open concept full kitchen, with seating for 2 at the island, and 6 at the dining area.
For your convenience, Timberline 24 includes in-suite laundry facilities, and a garage, providing ample storage and easy access for your bikes, skis, or snowboarding gear.
This home has a unique bedding configuration, with the master bedroom featuring a king bed and a single pullout, and the second bedroom featuring both a queen bed and a single-over-queen set of bunks. The living room also features a queen-sized sofabed.

Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
