We’ll provide clear, step-by-step directions to the unit once your booking is confirmed.
House Rules
- Noise to be reduced by 10pm at night
- Ensure there is no excessive waste or usage of water, electricity, gas
- Please leave the house as you receive it & no additional unpaid guests
-any additional use of sheets, towels and linen will be charged to the guest.
- Parties & Drugs are not permitted
- If guest/s break any rules and Building Manager or Police are involved, the guest/s will be requested to vacate the property immediately and no refund will be given.
- Please keep the entry door closed and kitchen exhaust fan switched on while cooking. Should there be a lot of smoke caused by cooking and caused the smoke alarm within the apartment to go off, please DO NOT OPEN the main entry door as it might trigger the fire alarm of the whole building. This will automatically call the fire brigade which will charge a call-out fee of over A$7,000. You will be liable for this fee should this happen.
- We will require a photoID to be shown prior to check in.
One set of keys is provided during your stay. Any loss or damage to our key/fob is subject to a $300 charge.
