Check In
Where possible, you will be met in person at the apartment for the key exchange. If this is not possible, keys can be collected using KeyNest at Ezimart, 179 Bourke Street, Melbourne. This is a 450M, 6 minute walk from the apartment.
Government issued photo ID will be required from primary guest at checkin or key exchange (required for insurance). This can be provided in advance through Airbnb platform. Please ensure ID matches the booking guest name on AirBNB.
No Parties
Our apartment block is comprised of predominantly long-term, full-time residents. Please respect our neighbours privacy and right to quiet enjoyment. There are to be no events, parties, or loud noises.
Quiet hours are 10pm until 7am
Juliet is located in a bussling Melbourne laneway, street and city construction noise is to be expected.
No Smoking
Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes are not allowed withint the apartment, on the balcony or in apartment common areas.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $300 will be held to cover any damages or additional cleaning.
This is standard procedure and funds are only 'held' against your card. The hold will occur 1 day prior to check in and released no later than 2 days after your check out. If there are no issues, the security deposit will be released in full.
Cancellation policy
Please note cancellation policies before booking. If you would like flexibility for cancellation outside of the cancellation policy, please check options with your personal travel insurance.
Refunds and changes to dates will not be permitted outside of the cancellation policy.
