The Kingsley is luxuriously appointed throughout. It has 5 bedrooms (all with private ensuites). This versatile home suits groups of friends, or up to 2 families comfortably.
Includes ozone pool, multiple lounge rooms, a large rumpus room plus beautiful outdoor spaces designed for indoor-outdoor living. The kitchen is equipped with luxury Miele appliances.
The Kingsley is a 5-10min walk to Main Beach or town centre and 50m from the famous Top Shop cafe.
The property can not take under 30's as groups and families are preferred.
We do not take groups of 10

- Upstairs Bedroom 1 - King size bed and ensuite
- Upstairs Bedroom 2 - 2 singles (or can be configured as a King size bed) and ensuite
- Upstairs Bedroom 3 - Queen size bed and ensuite
- Downstairs Studio bedroom - King size bed and ensuite (can be split into two singles)
