Welcome to our spacious 2-story house, designed to offer both comfort and convenience for families and large groups. This inviting home features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and enjoyment.
➤ Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom): This luxurious room features a king-sized bed and a relaxing two-person whirlpool tub with jets, along with a spacious shower equipped with a large rain head.
➤ Bedroom 2: This charming room includes a twin bed, ideal for younger guests or individuals needing their own space.
➤ Bedroom 3: Furnished with a cozy queen bed, this room is perfect for a restful night's sleep.
➤Bedroom 4: Accommodates both a full bed and a twin bed, complete with ceiling fans for added comfort.
➤ Bedroom 5: Perfect for kids, this room features two twin beds that can be connected as a king or stacked as a futon, along with fun amenities like a slide, playhouse, and various games.
The house includes a convenient half bath located off the living room, an en suite master bath with a double vanity, jetted tub, and shower with a rain head, plus an upstairs bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double vanity.
In addition to the comfortable bedrooms, we’ve transformed the garage into a game room, with ping pong and board games, providing a fun space for entertainment and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen is bright and sunny, perfect for preparing family meals, and the dining area provides a lovely space for gathering together.

Our neighborhood is safe and quiet, with a delightful ice cream and coffee shop, a new grocery store, and an antique shop just a few blocks away. The community is very walkable, allowing you to enjoy local charm without needing a car.
With only two steps to enter from the north side, this home combines accessibility with all the comforts you need for a hassle-free stay. Experience the unique blend of historic charm and modern amenities in our inviting home.

Getting around: Rent a car, call for a taxi, walk, or bike. Using one of these options is by far the most inexpensive and convenient way to get around, it’s a small town.

➤ Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival
➤ If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation
➤ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.
➤ No parties or events allowed
➤ No pets allowed
➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
➤ We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card 2 days before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be canceled.
➤ We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy
➤ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed
➤ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund
➤ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them
➤ Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)
➤ As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property
➤ The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit
➤ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos
➤ For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera
➤ Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week
➤ If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs
➤ If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation. Thank you for understanding
