This new, well-appointed Park City vacation rental offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is conveniently located in the Newpark area of Kimball Junction. The perfect Park City vacation rental for your winter or summer getaway! It's ideally located above a variety of retail and restaurant options and on the free city bus line. The Terraced and gated community provides a secure, heated entry with views of the Swaner preserve from the back patios and Canyons Village at Park City minutes away. As well as a private attached one-car garage with a heated storage closet for gear and an additional underground parking garage to accommodate an extra vehicle. You'll find a parking pass included with your rental on the kitchen countertop when you arrive. Newpark Terrace offers heated driveways, making it so convenient to avoid walking or driving through the snow! The attached one-car garage offers a heated storage closet for gear. This fully furnished, turn-key property includes a washer and dryer, a complete kitchen with all essential appliances including a Kuerig coffee maker, a gas fireplace, central heating, and A/C for the summer months. A beautiful balcony is located off the living room/kitchen area and is equipped with a gas grill and patio furniture. Cozy up for a relaxing evening under the stars at the outside community firepit and lounge area just steps from your rental.
The master bedroom offers a King bed, a flat screen TV, and an attached bathroom with an over-sized bathtub/shower. There is a balcony off the master bedroom with a private hot tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (double on the bottom and twin on top), ample closet space, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living room offers a full-sized sleeper sofa. This property is located adjacent public lands, Swaner Reserve, with a beautiful walking path with panoramic views of the surrounding area.
