Welcome to our recently renovated one bedroom, one bathroom condo that can sleep up to 4 guests. The condo has an ideal location right in downtown Breck! You are a quick walk from the shops, restaurants, bars, grocery store, and chairlift. The condo has the most important mountain amenities, and one garage parking space. You can not pick a better spot to experience Breckenridge any time of the year!
The Space:
This recently renovated one bedroom, one bathroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom, which has access from the bedroom and family room, has a walk-in shower. The family room, dining room, and kitchen share an open concept. The family room has comfortable furniture, a small balcony, and a flat screen TV. The couch is a queen sized sleeper sofa that can sleep 2. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal and there is a dining table with seating for four. If you take a look outside of the balcony you will see spectacular views of the mountains!
The condo's location puts you in the heart of Breckenridge! You can walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and the grocery store. The condo includes one garage parking space and guests will have access to shared laundry facilities.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium. Guests also have access to the shared laundry facilities on site and one garage parking space (permit required). The space can fit a small SUV and compact car, not big trucks.
There are 8 steps to entry if you are coming from the garage, but the condo is ground level from the front!
The Neighborhood:
Tannhauser II condos are located at the intersection of Ridge Street and Jefferson Avenue in downtown Breckenridge. The condo is less than a block away from Main Street and all of the restaurants, bars, and shops are a quick walk away. The best part about Main St. Station is that it is walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street!
Getting Around:
From the condo, you can walk to the restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery store. The local Breckenridge Free Ride Bus has a stop for the Purple Route "B" at the intersection of Ridge Street & Adams Avenue (1 block from the condo). The Quicksilver Chairlift is a couple blocks away and very walkable. Uber/Lyft is also available.
Other Things to Note:
Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the condo is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.
Please be aware that the clearance for the parking garage is 6'6". The garage is quite tight for large vehicles.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
Please note that guests share laundry. Coin-operated on same floor. Turn right and go down the hall after leaving the unit. To the left is a room. Under-sink detergent is offered. Please consider the environment when setting water levels and cycle times.
