Your charming and newly renovated terrace home is in the heart of Carlton North, where you’ll find everything you’ll need to have a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay.

The open plan living area has polished wooden floorboards and is free-flowing and beautifully furnished. Enjoy nights at this beautiful home curled up on the couch with a glass of wine, and if you need to get some work done the house comes with high-speed internet and a comfortable, laptop-friendly workspace.

There is also a lovely little courtyard area where you can relax in the sun with a cup of tea and with heating and cooling throughout the house, you will be comfortable all year round and instantly feel right at home, living like a local in comfort, relaxation, and style.

You’re welcome to decline, but if we’re unable to care for the indoor plants, we may kindly ask for your help in keeping them happy during your stay. For the outdoor areas, if access isn’t possible, we’ll gladly reschedule the maintenance for after your visit.

Additionally, make sure you check out the happening vibe of nearby Lygon Street, one of the most famous quintessentially “Melbourne” streets in the city!

You can’t go without catching a movie at the Nova cinemas either – the best cinema in Melbourne, and a fun night out, especially when you team it with a pizza from D.O.C. There are plenty of bakeries, supermarkets, and parks, and the Carlton Pool is also located close by.

Enjoy nearby Princess Park and the Melbourne Zoo – great for a day out or just a stroll. And for sports enthusiasts, there are tennis courts and a golf course just a short walk away.

From Flinders Street Station/Federation Square, you can easily access all of central Melbourne’s most famous attractions, such as Federation Square, Southbank, The National Gallery of Victoria, The Crown Casino, acmi and The Botanical Gardens.

Or you can jump off in the city to access Bourke Street Mall, Swanston Street, China Town, Melbourne Central shopping, QV, The Emporium and The Queen Victoria Market to name a few.
