Set on a sprawling acre of waterfront land in what is widely regarded as the most coveted position in Sorrento, this magnificent limestone residence is unparalleled in panoramic views, sheer scale, and timeless grandeur.
Hindson House has a long and illustrious history, commissioned in 1870 by George Briscoe Kerferd, a distinguished Supreme Court Judge and former Premier of Victoria. Today the house stands as a testament to his opulent vision. Its grandeur is evident from its large, interconnected living areas designed to entertain to its exquisite period details which include open fireplaces, leadlight windows, soaring 14-foot ceilings, grand archways, and original Baltic Pine floors.
Tastefully renovated within its original footprint, the result is a collection of captivating, sun-drenched open areas that can comfortably accommodate families of all sizes.
