Capturing the sea breeze on an elevated, north-facing block, the double-storey home has been recently fully renovated and delivers a seamless indoor/outdoor flow with French doors opening to the front and rear decks throughout.
Filled with brilliant natural light, features include high ceilings, polished hardwood floors plus stone bench tops. The open-plan living area boasts a stunning wood-burning fireplace and reading nook, while the vast deck sets the scene for entertaining with a built-in barbecue area and a relaxing gas-heated outdoor spa.
Large 2nd living area adjoining 2 bedrooms, while upstairs are 2 ensuite king bedrooms including a grand master suite plus a quaint balcony overlooking the treetops.
Walking distance of the village, Portsea Recreation Reserve and Sorrento Golf Club, this is the ideal base to make for an easy holiday stay.
