The property is located 35 km from Gold Coast Airport. By car, the journey will take around 1 hour and 15 minutes. By public transportation, the journey will take around 1 hour and 45 minutes.

- There is currently construction across the road from the property.
- Pontoon access will be approved on request only; the backyard fence gate that leads to pontoon on the water is locked.
