207 Plaza Pienza in Las Catalinas is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a panoramic view of this unique beachfront town, which resembles an Old World Mediterranean village.

A two-minute walk from the beach, restaurants, shops and other attractions, this unit is just north of Copper & Stone Gourmet Market, in the heart of town.

The Space:
The two bedrooms feature a king bed and a queen. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath and walk-in closet, plus a small office with a desk, comfy work chair and beautiful views.

The guest bedroom has a large closet and a bath accessible from the hallway. Both closets have safes. There is also a double sleeper sofa in the living room.

The master bath has an extra-large shower, while the other is smaller but also has a shower.

The home has two large televisions, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. There is air conditioning in every room and excellent, fast Wi-Fi.

Neutral and turquoise-colored designer furniture throughout provides a pleasing aesthetic, in addition to the 13-foot ceiling with wooden beams in the living room.

The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, a large fridge with water dispenser, a dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, wine fridge, coffeemaker, toaster and food processor. A concrete kitchen island seats four.

This 100-square-meter property has a washer/dryer, maid service, and an alarm system to supplement the excellent security throughout Las Catalinas. Be advised that depending on your arrival date, there may be some noise from nearby construction on roads and homes.

Garbage can be left at various locations. Please deposit waste/recycling/organic material into the appropriate bin and only drop off garbage between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Pet-friendly policy

We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

The Neighborhood:
Las Catalinas

Las Catalinas is a unique development north of Potrero built in the style of an Old World Mediterranean village, with fountains and car-free streets made of paving stones. It’s right in front of the beautiful Playa Danta, at the northern end of a road that connects to Potrero, Flamingo and Brasilito to the south.

In addition to its many high-end homes, Las Catalinas has two luxury hotels, Casa Chameleon and Santarena Hotel, both with great restaurants. Las Catalinas has a gourmet grocery store, clothing shops, adventure outfitters and various eateries. Just be advised that prices here are a bit high.

Access to the beach is free and open to the public, and there’s lots of shade. The hills behind Las Catalinas also have miles of trails used for hiking and mountain biking, and there’s a bike rental shop in town.

Las Catalinas is one hour from the international airport in Liberia. Several towns and beaches are within a 20-minute drive, including Potrero, Flamingo and Brasilito.

Getting Around:

For short jaunts to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are a popular choice for convenient mobility. Alternatively, you can opt for a bicycle to navigate the town and its surroundings.

In addition, we can arrange hassle-free airport transfers for your convenience. If you prefer the ease of having a rental car waiting for you at your property, we offer complimentary delivery services. Relax and enjoy the scenic drive from the airport to your destination in our private van.

While taxis are available, they may be somewhat challenging to find. Many locals rely on buses for transportation, although there is a limited selection of routes and schedules. Private shuttles are an excellent choice for reaching nearby destinations, and numerous tour companies offer transportation to and from their tours.
