Bahia Mar #112F is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium located on directly on
the beach as a ground floor condo.
This is an older non remodeled or updated condo. It is value priced for
beachfront but we don't want disappointments its not new and perfect." This
condo was partially remodeled in February 2025 and is an excellent condition
for you and your family to enjoy.
Bahia Mar has resort-style amenities including two newly remodeled tropical
pool areas, two inviting hot tubs, two tennis courts, a private beach access,
a playground for kids, and a beachfront sundeck with seating to relax while
listening to the waves and feeling the cool ocean breeze.
This is an older non remodeled or updated condo. It is value priced for
beachfront but we don't want disappointments its not new and perfect.
Great location on the northern side of the island, walking distance to lots of
local attractions including Sea Turtle Inc, Claytons, the largest beach bar in
Texas, Bar Louie & mre
A fully equipped kitchen provides all the essential cookware and appliances
for making delicious and inexpensive home-cooked meals while on vacation.
The living room features a flat-screen TV and a private patio overlooking the
tropical grounds at Bahia Mar and the Gulf of Mexico!
Sit back with morning coffee or evening cocktails and enjoy the salty breeze
and ocean waves!
The master bedroom features a queen size bed and a flat-screen TV
The master has access to the private patio and offers views of the beautiful
Bahia Mar grounds as well. It's the perfect place for a little rest &
relaxation!
The master bedroom also has an attached private bathroom with a combination
bathtub/shower.
Up to 7 total guests can stay here though 6 is what is accommodated in terms
of beds more or less - in the guest room there are two queen size beds and a
flat-screen TV. A shared guest bathroom entails a combination bathtub/shower.
We do also provide the couches as part of the "bed count" as well as a double
or queen sized blow up airbed for additional sleeping space - please bring
bedding if you plan on using the couches or airbed as we dont provide that,
though all other towels & linens for the 3 queen beds are provided.
The condo also features an in-unit washer and dryer for quick clothes
freshening before you head home, and free WiFi! if you have some work to get
done
Please inquire about off season discounts Sept 15 to Dec 15 for stay over 4
nights. We do have active military as well as football coach discounts - just
ask before you book please not after :)
Pets are ok. Up to 2 dogs. Fee of $75 per pet applies. If you do not disclose
a pet we must evict with no refund so please be kind :)
Pet rules:
1.) May not be left alone to bar
2.) Must be on leash at all times on property
3.) May NEVER be in pool area
4.) Cannot be on furniture
5.) Must pick up all pet droppings
Failure to do so will result in a fee of $150 to card on file OR you may face
eviction with no refund - sorry. They are welcome but here are our rules :)
Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600
Padre Blvd. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.
You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so
is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request so please review :)
We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check
in to the number on file, not before.
You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of
your picture ID, read the house rules
We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we
offer a refund for this just to clarify.
Please contact us prior to booking if questions
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels,
basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags,
coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and
not unlimited nor re supplied.
Door codes are provided by 3 pm via text message for check in, FYI
City of South Padre Short Term Rental License Available upon request
This property does require the use of condo security wristbands that have a
fee of $35 plus tax for every occupant in the the month of March. This is the
property HOA's fee and not ours, but we do pre collect via the airbnb
resolution center for convenience.
We are SO VERY grateful for you considering our condo and if you have read all
of this, we owe you haha **Special Terms for Spring Break Dates: March 8
through March 23**
Main guest must be 25+ OR you are required to pay both the $500 refundable
damage deposit. This is per HOA requirements.
