Stairs and access to the property:
Please note this property offers amazing views so the house is located on the top of a hill.
The driveway is steep to walk up and there is lots of stairs to climb to get into the property. The front deck is also high off the ground.
We do not recommend this property for older guests or to anyone that may have trouble climbing stairs.
Children must be accompanied on the deck at all times.

If you do not have any existing 5 star reviews there is a bond payment 2 days before the stay of $400.
If guests are under 21 the bond payment is $1000.
