There is wood flooring throughout, with tile in the bathrooms. All windows have plantation shutters, and décor is beachy/contemporary. The large kitchen has an architectural tray ceiling, under-counter lighting, quartz countertops with tile backsplash, a European style sink with disposal, plenty of cabinets and all the items necessary to create full course meals if so desired.
