This brand new unique vacation destination is a four-bedroom, three-bath tri-level home with a heated pool with views of Estero Bay, just at the mouth of the Gulf of Mexico. The location is on San Carlos Island, just a short hop over the Sky Bridge from Times Square and the new Margaritaville Resort on Estero Island, also known as Fort Myers Beach. Situated at the base of the Sky Bridge you have easy access on and off the island without the long waits in traffic during peak season. Numerous shops and restaurants are just a short walk or drive from the house. Grocery shopping is super easy with the new Super Wal-Mart only 2 miles north, or just 1/2 mile further is a Publix grocery store or Super Target. The location of this property also offers easier access to Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport. These destinations are all within a 20-40 minute drive. Amenities include the heated free-form pool in an awesome backyard with privacy fence, beautifully pavered and furnished, including a gas BBQ grill and outdoor shower, complimentary WiFi, all linens and towels, central air conditioning, ceiling fans and private washer and dryer.

On arrival there are two enclosed garages and plenty of driveway parking at this beautifully landscaped home. Entry is from the ground floor level into a foyer with a door to the backyard, then up stairs into the first level with open plan kitchen, dining and living areas with vaulted ceilings. There is wood flooring throughout, with tile in the bathrooms. All windows have plantation shutters, and décor is beachy/contemporary. The large kitchen has an architectural tray ceiling, under-counter lighting, quartz countertops with tile backsplash, a European style sink with disposal, plenty of cabinets and all the items necessary to create full course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances are stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, a counter-top 5-burner glasstop range, built-in dual ovens, one of which is a microwave, the other a convection oven. The double door refrigerator has a pull-out freezer drawer with ice-maker, and water and ice dispenser in a fridge door. There is a large quartz-top island with cabinets on the kitchen side and four bar seats on the living area side. The adjacent living area has a queen-size sleeper-sofa, accent table and lamp, two upholstered side chairs with cocktail table and ottomans. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a large flat screen TV. The adjacent dining area has a table seating six. There are expansive sliding glass doors providing access to a screened in and well-furnished covered balcony overlooking the back bay with Fort Myers Beach across the bay. Also on this level is a large storage closet and a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer. A guest bedroom is also on this level with a queen-size bed, night stand and lamp with USB ports, ample closet space and a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. The guest bath on this floor has a quartz-top vanity with lavatory, commode, and a very nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass door.

The master bedroom is up a flight of steps and has a king-size bed with night stand and lamp, a double dresser with large flat screen TV, and a large walk-in closet with built-in custom cabinets and drawers. The en suite bathroom has a quartz-top vanity with dual lavatories and wall mirrors, commode niche, and a large walk-in doorless shower with built-in bench, a rain showerhead, body sprays and a hand-held spray. There are two other guest bedrooms on this level, the first of which has a king-size bed, night stand with lamp, ample closet space and a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. From this room is access to a Jack & Jill bathroom with quartz-top vanity, dual lavatories, wall mirrors, commode and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower with rain showerhead and sliding glass doors. The last guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stand and lamp and ample closet space with built-in drawers.

Great house - Iffy Host

Normally I avoid poor reviews, but it should be noted that the house is an easy 10/10. It was clean, massive for a family of four, fairly new interior and close to attractions.On the down side, the host is more interested in selling houses than they care about the rental. They almost refuse to contact you through VRBO instead opting for email. They had problems with their email service and on two occasions told me if I didn't do things through their own portals they would cancel my reservation and when I called they admitted they knew I probably didn't get the initial emails. They also provided zero expectation of privacy. Somebody was at that house for something EVERY DAY of our stay. The first stop by we worked out a time/date for and I had them message me via VRBO that would be the final time for the week. The following day, somebody entered the house without notice or permission. They claimed to clean but in the rental agreement we were sent we were told this was our role. The following day crews showed up to the house for maintenance work. And on the final day the same crew showed up as well as a surveyor - even though the host new what time we would be leaving.We called the office and were told a manager would call us which never happened. When VRBO called they were told that the manager did call us and offer us gift cards as an apology - that also never happened. I would avoid this host altogether. I have proof of the interactions but didn't help much.

Fun by Fort Myers Beaxh

We had a great time! The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. The pool was perfect with a shallow end for the little kids. We walked to many restaurants and the beach is very easy to get to. Can’t beat this location! The property manager was very responsive to our one tiny problem with the stove. Came over immediately and fixed it.
