Offering the complete coastal holiday experience, relax, unwind and immerse yourself in the ample outdoor tranquil space. Easy access via the pathway leading from the back garden, a two-minute walk and you will be on the golden sands of Pearl Beach.

Coastal ambiance is the look and feel of this light filled home with open plan living and bifold doors leading out to the entertaining deck which can be enjoyed in all weather conditions. Diamond Drift comfortably accommodates 8 guests with 4 bedrooms with 3 queen beds and 1 double bed downstairs underneath the main house. The main living, downstairs and annexed cabin all have air conditioning for guest comfort.

Spread over two levels, there are two queen bedrooms in the main house upstairs with a bathroom and separate toilet and a third bedroom located on the ground floor accessed by external stairs. The fourth bedroom is a separate cabin.

There is a bathroom downstairs located separately to both bedrooms, consisting of a shower and toilet.

The large private yard (unfenced) is perfect for the children to play or simply enjoy the serene setting Diamond Drift has to offer including a heated outdoor shower to cleanse after a wonderful day at the beach.

True to its name, Pearl Beach is a 'Gem' located on the western shoreline of Broken Bay, sharing the peninsula with nearby Patonga. Go for a walk up to Mount Ettalong Lookout for breathtaking views of Umina and Ettalong Beaches. Located a short 10-minute drive to Umina Beach you will find an array of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets to meet all your shopping needs.

Pet Policy: This property is pet friendly with prior approval from the owners. Pets are to be kept off beds, couches, cushions and other soft furnishings. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pets mark or soil these areas, or leave excessive fur or dirt behind. Please note the yard is not fenced.
