Once you enter the newly renovated villa, you will find a clean, well-stocked galley-style kitchen with white cabinets, gorgeous countertops, stainless steel appliances and designer light fixtures; a dining area that comfortably seats 6 people (and 3 additional stools at the island separating the kitchen & living room areas); a living room with a large screen smart TV and spacious seating area; the master suite, guest bedroom and hallway bathroom. A stacked washing machine & dryer is located in a hallway closet outside of the guest bedroom. Off-street parking on the parking lot for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.
