Welcome to your stylish city oasis, centrally located in Brisbane.

Located on the 39th floor, this unit offers stunning views overlooking the city from both the bedroom & private balcony.

The complex features two swimming pools, a fitness centre, a sauna, a carwash and a BBQ area.

Free car park for one car per stay & has a height clearance of 2.2m for the car park.

The one-bedroom apartment features a king-size bed and a wall-mounted TV and comes with blackout curtains.

The lounge room has a koala pullout sofa bed if you have additional guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for a stay-in and features a coffee pod machine.

Bar stools are located at the breakfast bar, and there is ample seating out on the deck to enjoy the city view while having your morning coffee.

This location could not get any better. You'll be within walking distance of everything Brisbane City has to offer, including restaurants, bars, cafes, theatres, and museums.

Public transport is just a few steps away, making getting around a breeze.

We can provide a travel cot and a highchair for your convenience, but you will need to request them as they are not left at the property.

Booked guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The key will be available for collection from a separate location, detailed in a message sent on the day of check-in along with your keycode. This arrangement allows guests to collect and drop off the key at their convenience, as the 7-Eleven store is open 24 hours. Please message us on the morning of check-in, and we will provide the keycode.

Hosts are available via the Airbnb app messenger. We will do our best to respond promptly, even outside of business hours. In case of a medical emergency, please contact 000 immediately.

Brisbane, also known as Meanjin in the Indigenous Turrbal language, is the capital and most populous city of Queensland, and the third-most populous city in Australia and Oceania with a population of approximately 2.6 million. Brisbane lies at the centre of Southeast Queensland, which includes several other regional centres and cities. The central business district is situated within a peninsula of the Brisbane River about 15 km from its mouth at Moreton Bay. Brisbane is located in the hilly floodplain of the Brisbane River Valley between Moreton Bay and the Taylor and D'Aguilar mountain ranges. It sprawls across several local government areas, most centrally the City of Brisbane. The demonym of Brisbane is Brisbanite.

Once you’ve arrived, getting around Brisbane is a pleasure with its first-class network of travel and transport links. From the airport, board the Airtrain for a direct transfer to the city (kids 14 and under travel free) and links the domestic and international terminals.

TransLink oversees bus, train and ferry services in Brisbane. Download the MyTransLink app for its useful journey planner and timetables and check the website for network maps.

If you’re staying a few days, opt for an electronic Go Card (the starting balance is adult/child $10/5). Available from station ticket machines, 7-Eleven convenience stores and newsagents.

Brisbane’s ferries are highlights in themselves, serving up Manhattan-esque cityscapes and providing a relaxing way to hop between riverside neighbourhoods.

CityCat catamarans are the largest and fastest of the fleet, serving 18 stops along the Brisbane River. Convenient stops include South Bank Terminals 1 and 2 (for South Bank Parklands, Queensland Art Gallery and Australia’s largest contemporary art museum, GOMA), QUT Gardens Point (for City Botanic Gardens), Riverside (for CBD waterfront dining) and New Farm Park (for arts center Brisbane Powerhouse and its Saturday morning farmers’ market).

Brisbane buses reach all corners of the city, running every five to 30 minutes from around 5.15am till about 11pm. NightLink services run all night Fridays and Saturdays.


Taxis can be hailed at ranks, on the street, or using the Black & White and 13cabs taxi apps. Flagfall starts at $2.90 and is more expensive after 7pm and on weekends. NightLink flat-fare taxis run on Friday and Saturday nights (11pm to 5am) and can be hailed from dedicated ranks in the CBD and Fortitude Valley. These often work out cheaper than standard taxis.

Ride-sharing services include Uber, DiDi, Ola and Shebah; the latter operates an all-female fleet of drivers offering rides for women and children.

Brisbane is generally accessible for travelers with disabilities. All city buses, trains and CityCat catamarans accommodate wheelchairs and mobility scooters, as do major attractions. CityHopper ferries, however, do not. For more information, including a list of accessible train stations and ferry stops, see the Translink website.

Please note that your room is on the 39th floor, room 3905. Please be mindful that the entrance door will automatically lock behind you. Do not leave the key behind, as reception does not hold keys. Please refer to the house manual on the coffee table for all check-out details relating to the unit.

Room Location: Your room is on the 39th floor. Exercise caution when using the balcony.
Balcony Door Lock: The door to the balcony has a flip lock but no key. Ensure that this door is securely locked when not in use to prevent accidental access, especially by children.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially in areas such as the balcony and pool.
Guests acknowledge that they do so at their own risk by staying at our accommodation. The accommodation provider accepts no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or incidents resulting from using the pool area, gym, sauna or balcony.

NB- Any breach of Rules will result in cancellation of the booking,guests will be required to leave and strictly NO refund will be given.

Do not leave the key card in the unit when leaving or taking the bin out as the door has an auto closing hinge and will close behind you and once this is closed you will be locked out, reception does not hold a spare card and a $150 fee will be given if a call out is required.

If the keycard access is lost or damaged a fee of $300 will be charged.
