Belle Vue is a property that can't be replicated—it's truly one of a kind, making it the perfect vacation spot for large families or groups! With 6,000 square feet of interior space, everyone can carve out their personal space, while the expansive common area provides the ideal setting to gather and connect. In fact, the main living area alone boasts four distinct gathering spaces!

Off the step-free main living floor, you'll find two bedrooms: the primary suite and one guest bedroom. Both feature king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a grand double-door entrance, two twin memory foam sleeper sofas, a stately four-poster king bed, and a spacious bathroom with double sinks. Just beyond, two double doors open to reveal a large, enclosed outdoor shower. The second bedroom showcases incredible views, a comfortable king bed, and an ensuite bathroom. With no steps throughout the main floor, and easy access to the primary bathroom, shower, and hot tub, this layout is ideal for guests with mobility limitations. It's worth noting, however, that while the main living spaces, bedrooms, and hot tub are all step-free, the second floor and pool area are accessible only by stairs.

There are two ways to reach the lower level: one staircase from the hot tub off the primary bedroom, and another by the front door. Both will lead you to the pool deck, where you'll experience some of the most breathtaking views of your vacation. Waves crash against the rocks below, and pelicans soar overhead before diving into the waters of Hull Bay in search of a meal. The pool is large enough to accommodate everyone in your group, with room to spare. Along the railing, plenty of chairs await, perfect for sipping a drink while watching the local fishing boats come and go. The pool deck is an ideal spot to witness the sun paint the sky as it descends beyond the horizon.

The lower level houses three additional bedrooms. As you descend the stairs from the driveway, the first you'll encounter is the apartment bedroom. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by spectacular views of the pool deck and ocean, along with a comfortable king bed and ensuite bathroom. Just beyond the bedroom is a cozy living room with a memory foam loveseat sleeper sofa and a second full kitchen, perfect for storing snacks and drinks, so you don't have to trek upstairs while enjoying the pool deck. There's also a dining table and a large TV on this level. The other two bedrooms on the lower level share a bathroom and are located just across the covered sitting area from the apartment.

One of my favorite bedrooms in the villa is the poolside room, featuring a four-poster bed and large double doors on three of its four walls. This room offers breathtaking views of the pool deck and the stunning surrounding scenery, creating a private oasis.

The other bedroom, located directly across the hall from the apartment’s living room, includes a king-sized bed and a twin trundle bed—an ideal setup for parents with kids or teenagers who need their own space. These two bedrooms share a bathroom located nearby.
