The space
Welcome to our upstairs oasis, where comfort and entertainment blend seamlessly. This unit boasts three plush queen bedrooms, including a master suite with a private 32-inch TV for intimate viewing experiences. The central living space is enhanced by a 50-inch Roku TV and a PS4, perfect for movie nights or gaming sessions. A dedicated closet is filled with board games, children’s books, and toys, offering fun for guests of all ages. The fully stocked kitchen caters to your culinary needs, while in-unit laundry adds to the convenience, making it truly a home away from home. Step outside to a private, fenced backyard, ideal for quiet mornings or relaxed evenings. With its blend of modern amenities and thoughtful touches, this unit is not just a place to stay but a place to live and laugh.

Guests have full access to both the upper unit, including a shared fenced backyard (shared with basement unit tenants), living space, kitchen, three bedrooms, and one bathroom.
Other things to note
There are three exterior security cameras, one at the driveway, one in the backyard and one at the front entrance. These will absolutely not interfere with your privacy and instead provide security for guests.
