The Space:
The apartment features four other bedrooms, but you'll have plenty of room to enjoy. The heart of the home is the expansive shared kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for those who love to cook or enjoy a communal meal. In addition, there are two spacious living and dining areas, where you can relax, unwind, or socialize with other guests.
Your room has a comfy king-size bed, plenty of storage for you belongings, a mini fridge and a large ensuite with a bath and shower.
Beyond the apartment, you'll find yourself in one of Auckland’s most dynamic neighborhoods. K' Road is renowned for its lively atmosphere, with quirky cafes, boutique shops, art galleries, and a thriving nightlife right outside your door. You’ll have easy access to everything from gourmet dining to late-night entertainment, and it’s just a short walk or bus ride to Auckland’s central business district, parks, and waterfront.

Personal check-in: One of our team will meet with you to show you into the apartment. Please let us know your arrival time so we can arrange this.
Street noise: There is currently construction next to the building. Some noise will be heard during work hours.
Common spaces: Please be aware that the common spaces are shared with 4 other rooms. Be considerate of the other guests and remember the quiet hours from 9pm - 9am.
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the property but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay.
In your room - 2x tea/coffee, 4x coffee pods for Nespresso machine, 250ml milk
In the common spaces (shared with other guests)- 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
