A 3 min drive to the iconic Koonya General Store, where the food will entice you to come back for more! A 3min drive to the Blairgowrie front beach.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a servery bar, with stools and bi fold windows that open up to look out onto the expansive backyard, entertaining deck with outdoor table, chairs, umbrella, BBQ and swimming pool.
