Welcome to the Cabin by the Sea! This 3BR/2BA home is perfect for a couple's retreat or family getaway. Located in the more private neighborhood of Folly, you get to enjoy the experience of Folly Beach, without the crowds or traffic. You get the "cabin" experience and still are just a short walk to the beach.
There are two entrances to the property, one of them being on the ground level, under the front steps. Enjoy 2 living room areas, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining area, fully fenced in spacious yard, and plenty of parking for your whole group. With a two living rooms, one upstairs and one down, a front and back porch as well as a bonus side patio, there is plenty of room to spread out and relax!
Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25-minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach Noise Ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
One pet considered up to 40lb well-trained, non-shedding (no puppies or cats). Our office must approve it before you arrive. Upon approval, a $150 (plus tax) per pet non-refundable pet fee is due before you come. The fee will be added if you still need to get on your reservation. Once this is done and the fee is paid, you will be good to go to bring your pet. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II, and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees before arrival.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 6 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund.
