The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed with luxurious linens, plus an additional daybed for a child or a cozy nap. A walk-in closet provides ample storage, and the en-suite bathroom is equipped with a deep soaking tub and a separate glass-enclosed shower with a rainfall showerhead.

The home also features use of the garage, AMPLE PARKING in front and provided neighborhood patrol. Trash is located on the side of the garage. Please remove used bedding and leave in the laundry area. Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person.
