The Space:
Welcome to our stylish ground-floor beachy apartment for eight guests. As you enter, you’re met with a light and airy decor that creates a refreshing atmosphere. You’ll also have a wonderful private garden patio with green space and partial ocean views, ideal for enjoying the breeze and a beverage! One of the bedrooms has direct access to the terrace as well.

Your getaway space features a fully equipped kitchen with quality stainless steel appliances and extras like a coffee maker, toaster oven and more! Enjoy your creations in the dining area, where you’ll find a long table to seat up to 12! Or, choose to relax in the living room with your favorite shows on the flatscreen Smart TV with cable.

There are three inviting bedrooms, all with Smart TVs and cable service, for restful moments after your seaside adventures!

The Bahia Mar property offers many amenities for everyone. Children can have fun in the playground and walking trails. Adults can enjoy two pools with hot tubs and a spacious beach platform. Tennis enthusiasts can use our two courts. The gardens are spectacular, and security is always present, ensuring a relaxing and safe stay.

Another option is to grill the catch of the day or some burgers on the property’s palapa area. Cross the bridge to Port Isabel, where you will find freshly prepared ceviche, crab, oysters, and other fish to take back to your condo to enjoy.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and shared access to the common areas and amenities at the complex.

The Neighborhood:
South Padre Island offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!

Other Things to Note:
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay. Max two pets and no more than 75 lbs./pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, on top of fabric or on comforters.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.

Interaction with Guests:
Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.
