Suite with an oversized living room of 750 feet with separate door access and XJIMI projector for you to watch movies at home. There is a kitchen, capsule coffee machine, range hood, dining table, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, washer, dryer and separate spacious toilet, fully equipped. The rooms are heated and free off-street parking is available outside.
Located in the basement, the suite has Windows in both the bedroom and the living room. The living room is large and displays some Zen art. There is a comfortable leather sofa, and the living room can also work and provide a computer monitor.
The bedroom has an oversized king bed for more than two people and a large walk-in closet.
The house is located in the most exclusive community in West Vancouver, with the mountain and the sea, the view is very beautiful and very safe. This is the best place to ski and see the sea! A 4-minute walk to the beach, Cypress Ski Resort, Capilano Bridge, Horseshoe Bay, DownTown, Stanley Park are all within a 20-minute drive, and the ski resort of Whistler is just an hour away.
