Enjoy this cozy chic, upper level duplex apartment in quiet downtown! With room to comfortably sleep up to five, this spacious two bedroom suite is perfect for any occasion. Featuring a full kitchen, formal dining room, spacious living room, & Wifi. You’re sure to feel right at home! Basic amenities are available in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies. This unit even has its own washer and dryer!

The last few pictures are just a sample of what is walking distance away! Several restaurants and bars, multiple parks to choose from with one just kitty corner to the unit, basketball park, skate park, a public library, Greyhound Bus Museum, and the Hibbing Golf Course. So many local options!

I will have a freshly remodeled 3 bedroom in the same area available Feb 1st 2021. Message me if interested!

Great Place to Stay

I came to town for the HCYHA Bantam hockey tournament in late January and stayed at this two-bedroom apartment. It is both clean and well cared for. It is also nicely located on E. Howard street just off of 169 with easy access to downtown Hibbing. A super nice alternative to a hotel room.

All the Comforts of Home & More

We contacted Kalen about staying in his Vrbo stay due to a family member passing-so, it was a very hectic time. Kalen was really patient and kind. What made it a lot better was that and the fact that the place was very cozy and it had so much to offer for the money, the location to downtown and to the area we needed was perfect. I can not say enough how nice the place was. Internet that works and a TV with a lot of channels. We were extremely grateful for this rental. Thank you Kalen and family. Also, the little bracelets were awesome!

Hibbing Trip

Very impressed with the rental unit. Very clean. Didn't spend a lot of time there due to business but enjoyed our stay. Only negative is there were no kitchen cloths or towels but other than that, it was perfect & comfortable. Would definitely stay again!!

Nice and good location

We enjoyed the apartment which was well appointed and nice convince to the little gas station & store to just walk over to grab what ever you needed! The beds were comfortable and we really liked having the laundry right there....only down side would be if you have bad knees the outside stairs are a bit hard on you carrying up things. but over all a nice VRBO!

We were happy to stay in the town near family to celebrate my Dad's life, Andre Zorich. He rests with his Mom, Dad & brother George in the Chisholm cemetery. My girls and I were very comfortable staying here.

We loved this little apartment. It had everything you could need for staying cozy in the snowy north. It is convenient to everything in town. We w add liked to the downtown area and the neighborhoods around and it was great. I would definitely stay again.

Nice Upstairs Apartment

Just like renting a small house with everything we needed for our stay. Very clean and nicely decorated felt like a home away from home. Really appreciated the assortment of books, board games, video games and movies. Children did wake up a couple times late at night due to the gas station noise right next door. Otherwise it was typically very quiet and peaceful.

Hate to say too many good things about it because afraid it will be hard to get next time we're up at "Da Range". Very comfortable and "warm". Beds comfortable and host Kalen very responsive.

Nice apartment in downtown Hibbing

If you are a lawyer in town to go to the courthouse, it's essentially across the street. The place is quiet and has all amenities. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I was there in a snowstorm and he had everything shoveled when I arrived and came early in the morning to shovel before I had to leave for court.

Conveniently located

We were in town for a wedding and the apartment was perfect for a family of 5. Perfect location and short drive to many restaurants and boutiques. The living and dining rooms were open and great for all of us to sit around and visit. We don’t spend a lot of time at the apartment but perfect for a family weekend.
