Please be reminded that loud noises, music, and other disturbances may negatively impact the experience of neighbours; please note if we receive a complaint, fines may apply.
● EXTRA TOWELS: We are happy to provide extra towels. Please wash them and replace them.
● BASIC TOILETRIES AND HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS: We provide basic toiletries and household essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, hand soap, cleaning spray, dishwashing tablets, and laundry powder) (cooking oil, salt, pepper, spices and herbs, coffee, tea and sugar) in limited quantities. Once these provisions run out, you will need to purchase additional supplies. Additional charges will apply if you require us to deliver more during your stay.
● BED: We can arrange extra bedding for the sofa beds or air bed if required. Please let us know in advance.
● KEYS/PADLOCK: Ensure the property key are always with you. Should you misplace your keys, please contact a locksmith and the associated costs starting from AU$200 will be your responsibility. An additional fee for replacement keys will be applicable if any keys are lost. Ensure the padlock is securely locked with the key inside upon checking out.
● CHECK-OUT: When checking out, please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. That includes- items put away, bedding washed and beds made, towels washed and put away, pots/pans and cutlery put away, surfaces/tables wiped down, floors vacuumed and mopped, toilets cleaned, smudged mirrors and windows cleaned, rubbish inside disposed of in the outside wheely bins, switch off all power points (other than the fridge and microwave) turn off light and any fans, close all blinds. Guests are responsible for covering the costs of any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
● DAMAGES: The house will be inspected by a family member prior to your arrival and after you depart. If you notice any damage in the property upon arrival, please take photographs and promptly sharing them with the us. It's best to do so as soon as you've settled in at the property rather than until check-out. Guests are responsible for covering the costs of any breakages or damages.
● POOL: Please put the pool cover on top of the pool when not in use. This keeps the pool clean and helps to heat up the pool. The vacuum in the pool filters the water regardless if the pool cover is on or off. The filter and pool vacuum have a timer that switches on usually between 10am to 4pm. PLEASE DO NOT PULL OUT THE VACCUM OR SWITCH IT OFF. Please swim around the pool vacuum.
