WALK THROUGH THE HOME WITH US
Upon entering the home through the front door, you will find the Master Bedroom to the right. It is slightly separated from the rest of the rooms and includes a King Bed, a large walk-in Robe, and an Ensuite with a double vanity, walk-in Shower, and toilet. Moving down the hallway, you will come across the open second lounge, which is the perfect play space for kids. It features a foosball table, bean bags, and a large Smart TV connected to the Free Wi-Fi, allowing you to log into apps and stream their favourite shows and movies.
Adjacent to the lounge is Bedroom Two, which includes a beautiful wooden framed Queen Bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a built-in wardrobe. Across from Bedroom Two is another hallway leading to Bedroom Three and Four. Both bedrooms feature Queen beds with bedside tables and built-in robes. The main bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms and comprises a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet.
Continuing up the hallway, you will find the Laundry to the left before it opens into the living area. The Laundry is equipped with a trough, washing machine, and an external clothesline. The home then opens into the open living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen, located to the left, boasts a sleek modern design and contains all the necessary appliances, such as a Gas Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Rice cooker, Air fryer, and more.
The kitchen consists of a small buffet bar and a six-seater dining table, with a high chair also available. Flowing through to the lounge area, you will find two two-seater couches and another Smart TV. Through the back sliding doors is the Alfresco and Backyard, which wraps around the sides of the home. The Entertainment area includes an eight-seater outdoor dining table and BBQ.
The property offers secure parking for two cars in the double garage and an additional car in the driveway.
There is also side access for a 10-12 feet boat to park securely behind gates.

Then have your pick of dining at St Leonards Hotel, Le Chix Restaurant Cafe or Two Daughters Café & Bar. Or have a picnic by the beach grabbing fish and chips from The Golden Flake or comfort food from Blue Seas Burger and Pizza, and finish up with dessert at Lenny’s Ice Creamery.

We highly recommend bringing a vehicle to explore the Bellarine Peninsula and its surrounds. However, there is a bus stop just 700m down the road on Bluff Rd, where you can catch Route 60 Geelong Station - St Leonards via Portarlington.
You can also call a Taxi to the area, but they may not be nearby.
