The cottage consists of two comfortable bedrooms in the main house, with King and Queen beds, open plan living and dining area with large smart TV and a well-maintained kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, gas burner stove and Nespresso machine.
Separate bathroom, toilet, and laundry with washing machine and dryer add to the convenience of the layout. Two split systems in the living/dining area and King bedroom ensures comfort throughout the year, whether you're escaping the summer heat or keeping warm in winter.

There is a separate 2-bedroom bungalow at the rear of the garage, consisting of a double bed with a smart TV in one bedroom and a single bed in the other bedroom and has a split system. Ideal for a teenager’s retreat.

A large private deck with 10-seater table and Weber BBQ is perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining, and north-east facing deck and windows along the length of the property is perfect for enjoying the morning sunshine.

There is plenty of off-street parking and it is fully fenced with a large back garden for children and/or pets to play, and Wi-Fi is connected.
