• Yawa at Yoolarai shares the common areas with the permanent residential tenants in the apartment downstairs (each with separate entries), ensuring privacy as the guest apartment is elevated above the unit. Common areas, including the pool, are shared spaces (although the occupants downstairs rarely use the pool area).

• For your security, flood light Cctv cameras are located at the front door and external stairs.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am and guests must adhere to local noise regulations and the Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation industry.
