A living area with a comfy 3-seater sofa bed that folds out to a king single. A kitchen and dining. Complimentary coffee and tea. A laundry area with a washer, dryer, iron and an ironing board. A private balcony.

The Neighborhood:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.
If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop right at corner of Elizabeth & Little Lonsdale St which is only a 5 min walk from where we are.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Elizabeth St if you would like to head out of the city.
If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just across the road.
If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “WILSON PARKING” - 265 LaTrobe St which is just a 7min walk away from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.
If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.
Getting Around:
Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated just off the corner of Lonsdale St & Queen St, only a 5 min walk to Melbourne Central railway station with access to everything all under the one roof.
You're only a stone's throw away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.
Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.

Other Things to Note:
This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.
A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.
Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the key to you personally.
This pad accommodates 2 adults generously but a max of 3 overnight. Any more than 3 adult guests overnight will attract an extra $14 per night, per additional guest.
-The sleeping arrangement for the 3rd adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a king single with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.
