The Space:
Nestled in a stunning private, fully fenced garden, this house offers a home-away-from-home experience. Enjoy a full kitchen, dining room, large lounge, separate guest toilet, and a twin bedroom (2 king singles) with ensuite on the ground floor.
Upstairs, a wide staircase leads to a central family room (with a fold-out couch available upon request), 2 bedrooms (one Queen, one with a single and bunk bed), and a family bathroom with a full-sized bath and large shower.
The house is designed to be warm in winter and cool in summer with double glazing, 2 heat pumps, DVS ventilation, and a gas fireplace. Many doors and windows have insect screens.
Environmentally friendly, the property features solar hot water and electricity, reducing its CO2 footprint in summer. For indoor fun, there’s an old piano, games, books, and DVDs.
The highlight is the indoor/outdoor flow to a covered patio with an automated louvre roof, ideal for BBQs and dining in any weather. A washing machine and dryer are provided in the garage, along with quality linen, towels, blankets, pillows, and toiletries.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of 'Tempting in Tui Street'. A key is available via lockbox from 3pm.
