The sprawling outdoor area is the crown jewel of this property—with a heated inground pool taking centre stage. Spend your days lazing on the sun loungers in between swims and whip up lunch in the outdoor kitchen, offering a built-in BBQ and ample space to dine alfresco. Come evening, cosy up around the fire pit under the stars. There are also plenty of grassy areas and play equipment for the kids or your furry friend.

Inside, wall-to-wall windows in the upstairs open-plan living area capture captivating views of the surrounding landscape. A modular lounge welcomes conversation over a glass of wine and the warmth of a fireplace, while the dining table accommodates all guests for meals at home with bi-fold doors that open all the way up—bringing the outside in. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight with premium appliances and stone benchtops, plus a butler's pantry with a Nespresso machine and wine fridge. Heading downstairs you'll find a second living area with a TV and a set of bunk beds, creating separate zones for adults and children.

The primary suite—situated upstairs—is set with an elevated king bed. The ensuite is a stylish respite with a double shower and double vanity. Bedrooms two, three and four also accommodate king beds, each with their own balcony so you can step outside and breathe in the crisp, country area as soon as you wake up. A second bathroom on this level offers both a shower and bath to unwind with a rejuvenating soak. Downstairs is the fifth bedroom, also fitted with a king as well as a set of bunk beds. This room offers a dedicated workspace with a monitor and sliding doors to the backyard. A third bathroom with a shower can also be found on this level.

Additional conveniences include WiFi and private laundry facilities. Park freely on the driveway, with two covered spots available under the carport. Central heating and cooling keep temperatures comfortable year-round.

You'll find a porta cot for your convenience. If you require a high chair, it's available for an additional $15. Additionally, if you need cot linen, which includes a towel, it's also available for $15. We also offer a rollaway bed for hire, suitable for children under 12, which includes bedding and linen for $50. If you prefer a separate bed setup, it can be arranged for $30.

Firewood packs can only supplied to guests from April to September. Please note, firewood can be pre-order and purchased at an additional cost. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to arrange for firewood to be provided.
