What we love about our Darling Cottage is the fact that it's just that, a gorgeous (2) two bedroom traditional Cottage, tastefully renovated, sleeping up to 4 people, with the OPTIONAL EXTRA of a third bedroom.
If you want 3 bedrooms (eg: 3 persons or more requiring 3 bedrooms) you must indicate in your request a 5th guest.
Only a couple of blocks walk to both the front & back beaches of Sorrento. Walking distance to absolutely everything in fact. Fabulous for weekender trips, weddings, romantic couples celebrations, shopping, sightseeing. So close to All Smiles Receptions, the Baths Restaurant, main street shops, cafes, Sorrento & Intercontinental hotels, supermarket, Queenscliff ferry.

Delightfully comfortable & affordable accommodation. Large open plan and spacious lounge/living with a wall mounted smart TV with Wi-Fi to stream all your favourites. L shaped lounge for classic comfort. 2 ceiling fans, delightful plantation shutters that allow the natural light to shine through to the room all year round.
Fully equipped and functional kitchen with island bench & 6 stools, modern appliances, coffee machine, all the essentials to cook with are in the pantry. Gas ducted heating, ceiling fans.

Access is located at the rear of the property. Large spacious light filled room with a wall mounted TV, heater, fan.

A large expansive outdoor rear yard decking with table and chairs for alfresco dining and BBQ. A lovely elevated grassed area with a fire pit, for all year round occasions and ambiance.

Sorry, no Pets. The perimeter of the home is not fully fenced.
A full bed and bathroom linen package is included with all bookings. BYO beach towels.

Minimum set nights from mid December to end of January. Minimum 2 nights all other times, minimum 3 nights long weekends, minimum 4 nights Easter.
