Loch House is a town centre location with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom with an extra large garden.
Welcome to Loch House in the heart of the coastal town of Inverloch. This stylish holiday house is a perfect hideaway for up to 8 guests and perfectly located in the centre of town - ideal for NYE fireworks and 1 minutes’ walk to cafes, boutique shops, play parks & footy oval and skate parks and 10 minutes walk to the beaches.
Loch House features three elegantly decorated bedrooms. Each room has been carefully styled to ensure maximum relaxation and space for the whole family. You'll sleep soundly after a day of exploring the beaches, cafes, local attractions, bike trails and nature reserves. To provide extra space there is also a separate TV rumpus room for kids and an enormous garden big enough for back yard cricket and lots of family fun.
For your convenience, the property has ample amenities such as BBQ, a washing machine, free wifi and parking for 2 cars. There are also bikes for rent to explore the surrounding natural beauty.

This holiday house is managed by The Beach House People and is registered as short stay accommodation under the Bass Coast Shire Council and governed by Local Law 1 Neighbourhood Amenity 2002. We are available by phone and email. Office hours are 9am -5pm for and we regularly check emails and messages after hours.
Full linen is provided as standard - Please bring your own beach/pool towels. Please note that if you are bringing more than 1 pet you must inform us prior to arrival. Pets must stay off furniture and bedding and failure to pick up dog poop from the garden will result in charges. Please ask us for our pet policy.
The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, the code is sent to your email address at 2pm on your day of arrival. All communication is sent via our system and it is important you are checking your spam/junk folder for information and instructions about your booking. Christmas week and January is a 3pm check in only.
On booking this house you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions which include: No parties, No Schoolies or groups of under 25 years, No Hens or Bucks parties. No Smoking. You will also be asked to provide Australian photo ID or passport ID in the online check in process before we can release the lock box code to you.
The house is pet and family friendly but please be respectful of neighbours. Dogs are not to be left unattended inside the house and please do not leave pets outside for more than a couple of hours. It is 100% your responsibility to monitor your pets and pick up dog waste from the garden. If we have to pick up after your dog there is an immediate $100 fine as cleaners so not go outside and we often have young kids playing the garden - thanks for your consideration.
